Associations

The World Othello Federation (WOF) was founded in 2005 in Reykjavik, Iceland. Twenty two associations founded the first governing body. Today the WOF includes over 70 associations.

The WOF supports the associations through various programmes and grants them a number of attractive rights and privileges. However, they  also have certain obligations. As WOF representatives they must respect the statutes, objectives and ideals of Othello's governing body and promote and manage our game accordingly.
