* ONE GAME MATCHES
In every one-game match, the highest ranked player (based on the 11 preliminary rounds) must decide before the game if she/he wants to chose color OR be awarded the win in case of a tied game.
If the highest ranked player choses the "draw win" then his/her opponent will chose the color.
If the highest ranked player choses the color then his/her opponents gets the "draw win" (awarded the win in case of a draw).
** BEST-OF-THREE MATCHES
- In best-of-three matches the highest ranked player (based on the 11 preliminary rounds) decides what color she/he wants to play in the first game.
- If a third game is required the player with most total discs in the first two games choses the color for the 3rd game. If it is the same total discs for both players the player who is highest in the standings choses the color.
- If the score is equal after all three games (1.5-1.5) the player with most discs wins. If the total discs are equal the player who ranked highest in the championship standings wins the match.
