European Grand Prix 2016

In the 2016 EGP season Belgian champion Tom Schotte and Takuji Kashiwabara finished on exactly the same amount of points for the overall "Best of 4 tournaments" score. In this case the EGP rules indicate that you continue to look at the "Best 5", "Best 6" and so on until the tie is broken. Unfortunately for Tom, his 5th tournament was in Copenhagen where he failed to finish in the top 10, whereas Takuji collected EGP points in all 6 tournaments he played and therefore won his 10th EGP title on tie-break.
